Getting swag is always fun, especially if you have to work at a conference. I picked up some great swag late last year – but some of it was unusable due to branding.
Stickers to the rescue! The garish bright pink usb hub is now made more tasteful with a few free charity stickers. One for the travel office.
The notebooks became equally unbranded with graffitti stickers I picked up years ago. Love all the free stationary!
As for the touch screen stylus-pens, those are awesome and look more discreet when tucked into a hand made phone wallet.
You can get some great stuff at conferences: torches, headphones, tshirts, etc (and a lot of crap), just look out for the stuff you actually want to keep or give away.
